A pioneer and leader in urban river logistics, FLUDIS offers competitive, carbon-free solutions to major accounts and key players in transport, logistics and commerce.
Founded in 2016, FLUDIS is positioned at the crossroads between land-based expertise and river innovation, supporting its customers throughout the value chain: research and development, project design and financing, solution deployment and, where applicable, solution operation.
Its products cover real estate, delivery and collection, management and customer interaction. At the heart of the challenges of sustainability, innovation and decarbonisation, FLUDIS enables its clients to maintain their productivity and quality of service, while integrating them into a new sustainable, flexible and efficient organisation. It is with this vision in mind that Caisse des Dépôts and IDEC acquired a stake in the company in 2018.

Comprising a multidisciplinary team (development, sales, management, drivers and cargo bike delivery riders), FLUDIS combines different areas of expertise to create tailor-made last-mile urban logistics projects. With two commercial and operational centres in the Paris region and Lyon, and a development centre in Bordeaux, FLUDIS is able to operate in all major French cities.

In 2025, the acquisition of stakes by the Sogestran Group and Ademe Investissement, as well as Fludis’ purchase of Blue Line Logistics (a subsidiary of Sogestran Logistics), enabled FLUDIS to consolidate its model and now operate seven river transport units (in the Paris region and Lyon).
